Certification (CERTECS)

CERTECS is specifying, prototyping and validating a certification process for telematics components, systems and services, targeted at the automobile industry and supported by relevant methods and information technology.

These elements shall enable all the actors of the automobile telematics value chain to deliver secure, reliable, performant and usable products and services to their European customers. The focus is on use cases that include telematics components, systems and services critical to safety and security of their personal property.
